Projektbeskrivning:

Projects background: The SDG Regulation mandates cross-border information exchange through Once Only Technical system (OOTS), currently under development in Member States. While some components like Commission-produced services and data models work well, the system is architecturally complex and lacks user-friendliness. Key problems include the lack of structured data usage, user-friendliness, complex architecture, and misalignment with Nordic-Baltic practices. Project's purpose and objectives: The project proposes to solve above mentioned issues with its objectives to simplify architecture, promote structured data use, and align cross-border practices with national ones. Project's objectives are: 1. Investigate how the OOTS architecture could effectively transfer structured data between Nordic and Baltic countries in the background in the procedures 2. Identify technical, data protection and legal challenges that would be barriers for the exchange of structured data in the background
