The innovation lab “NextGenDemocracy part 2” focuses on how journalist students at the age of 20-24 years in the five participating countries can deliver ideas in the era of merging tecnologies and AI-driven journalism can maintain trust and accuracy ethics, critical thinking, human creativity, and digital literacy. In a series of digital kick-off meetings among partners, experts, and key lecturers from each country we share ideas and viewpoints of collaboration, tasks, and concepts. Together with leading experts up to 30 journalists also seconded from the five countries will develop innovative solutions and future scenarios to address those challenges. Cross cultural relation building, planning and road mapping for mutual ownership and common direction will be a crucial part of it. The results will be presented in a trend report that should be distributed to relevant educational institutions.
