Future Resilience Champions: Empowering Youth for a Resilient Tomorrow is a cross-cultural initiative uniting young leaders (18-29 years old) from Lithuania, Ukraine, and the Nordic countries to develop resilience through entrepreneurship. The project features a structured boot camp in Lithuania, including team formation, hands-on workshops, and specialized tracks on economic resilience, community well-being, digital security, and climate sustainability. Participants will create innovative startup solutions, compete for awards, and receive post-bootcamp mentorship. By working cross-culturally, developing problem-solving skills, and promoting sustainable innovation, the project aims to impact at least 70 young entrepreneurs, strengthening regional competitiveness and connectivity. Organized by Junicorns Fund in partnerships, the initiative supports early-stage startups.
