Gå tillbaka till föregående sida

Projektbeskrivning:

In response to the ongoing deterioration of the human rights situation in Belarus—particularly the shrinking space for civil society and the persecution of activists—this project aims to strengthen the capacity of Belarusian women leaders and grassroots activists. In partnership with Beladania (Denmark), EEDC seeks to build a network of Belarusian female mentors who will support and inspire younger activists. Key activities include: - Training 10 experienced Belarusian activists in mentoring skills in Poland. - A 3-month mentoring program for at least 16 emerging women activists. - A study visit to Denmark for 14 activists to learn from Danish NGOs working on gender equality. - A microgrant scheme to support six local initiatives promoting gender equality in Belarus. The project fosters knowledge-sharing, empowerment, and international cooperation, with the long-term goal of building a strong, inclusive civil society in a future democratic Belarus.
