A Nordic Sustainability event in mid-june 2023 with focus on highlighting the UAE's commitment to sustainability in inter alia the maritime industry and how the Nordic Countries can contribute in sustainable practices in the maritime industry, including reducing greenhouse gas emissions, conserving marine resources, and minimizing the environmental impact of maritime activities. Raising awareness about the impact of climate change on the oceans and the need for urgent action to mitigate its effects. Encouraging collaboration and partnerships between government agencies, private sector stakeholders, and civil society organizations to promote sustainable practices in the maritime industry.
