This cooperation and networking Nordic-Russian project is connected to gender equality and women's human rights protection, social well-being and sustainable development. It promotes Nordic Nordic gender equality, respect for democratic values and the rule of law. The project is cross-sectoral and is targeted on spreading Nordic research findings, knowledge on best practices among specialists, experts and researches in NW Russia and Nordic countries with focus on young specialists. The project wants to create a platform for Nordic-Russian dialogue and exchange of best practices among gender equality experts, researchers, social workers and NGOs of the North-West Russia and the Nordic countries to strengthen the efforts to combat gender discrimination and human rights violation against women, including combating violence against women. The partners include organizations from Russia, Finland, Sweden and Norway.
