Reach for Change aims to strengthen the region's civil society organizations capacity to scale eff ectivesolutions, measure impact and present the data to increase the possibility of scale and further fi nancialinvestments. Together with two independent civil society member organizations, Civic Alliance Latvia andSocial Economy Ukraine, through a train the trainer approach, Reach for Change will deliver an in-depthcapacity development program for where the learnings, tools and support can be further shared with theLatvian and Ukrainian member organizations and networks. The fi rst module will look at how we canbuild these tools into the project partners' own organization, while the second Module will directly focuson how to train and support the local CSOs in their networks. The project will be delivered over thecourse of a nine month period, mostly through online workshops, with one physical event happening inRiga in August.
