The NORRIC-VET project aims to strengthen the cooperation between Nordic ENIC-NARIC offices regarding recognition of VET on EQF levels 3-5 and improve their role as information providers in Nordic countries, including the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Åland Island. Most common VET qualifications on EQF level 6 (not HE education) will be included in the project. Professional qualifications covered by the Directive 2005/36/EF are outside the scope of this project. The project aims to establish a network on recognition of VET, conduct workshops on recognition methodology and the Nordic VET systems as well as develop a digital information solution to provide VET information for individuals, institutions, and other stakeholders. A report building on topics addressed in best practice sharing workshops and project´s key-activities will be delivered. The project is co-ordinated by the Swedish Enic-Naric office, in collaboration with the offices from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, and Norway.
