WRI expects to transfer to the project partners its experience gained in 2016 from implementing the project "Support for Civil Society and Equality in Baltic". This project takes into account the "Proposals for development of civil society and equality in the Baltic Sea Region" which were developed by international NGO network within the framework of the previous project. Nevertheless, the content of the project activities is based on explaining the basic principles of the European Pillar of Social Rights, especially regarding its chapter "Equal opportunities and access to the labour market.
