7th Northern Lights Nordic Baltic Film Festival in Belarus will take place in online format (geoblocked for the territory of Belarus) 20-30 September 2021. Online is our conscious choice for security reasons. Given global pandemic and repressions in Belarus it happened to be a very democratic and available tool. NL is a result of joint efforts of Nordic partners and has a long-term strategy for the next several years. In 2021 the main focus will be on ‘the importance of support, solidarity and cultural exchange to survive all kinds of crises and find peace in diversity’, which meets one of the core Nordic values.
