Project activities: -3 study trips (to Saint Petersburg, Helsinki and Stockholm) -3 public events -participants’ analysis of their own activity, presented in the form of a video -online publication giving a broader view of citizen’s centers and grass-roots activities in the three countries Main target groups are the 12 participating Open citizen’s centers and the grass-roots initiatives gathered around them.
