In May 2022, the EHPV launched a project "Exchange best practices and experiences working with refugees in the Baltics” resulting in an international mechanism of support (Baltic Hub,) MOU was signed between 3 organizations in Latvia, Finland and Estonia. The Baltic Hub became a regional coordination center that provides psycho-social, medical, social-economic, legal, and information services to support war-refugees (HIV-positive people, children and families affected with HIV, LGBT+ and other key-groups). With this new project, EHPV seeks support to expand the already existing Baltic Hub infrastructure to Lithuania and Norway. Activities and results: - Expanding the support of Baltic Hub to Lithuania and Norway; strategic planning and study visits, inkl. Baltic Hub vision for 2023-2024 and new best practices mapped; 7 languages website on services for refugees from target groups available in 5 countries; Communication campaign in Ukraine to promote the website
