Gå tillbaka till föregående sida

Projektbeskrivning:

In partnership with the Centre for the Prevention of Radicalization Leading to Violence (Montreal) and the City of Reykjaviks action plan for LGBTQ+, Nordic Safe Cities proposes to organize a conference in Copenhagen in September 2024 with key stakeholders from Quebec and Nordic countries in the field of extremism and radicalization prevention. By bringing together professionals from diverse sectors and stakeholders who are not traditionally part of extremism prevention networks, the project promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and the exploration of innovative ideas to foster more inclusive and tolerant societies. Participants will discuss how to develop digital prevention campaigns, monitor online hate speech using innovative and modern technologies, and foster collaborative expertise exchange related to extremism. This approach will allow us to transcend existing solutions by promoting a comprehensive understanding of the challenges related to anti-LGBTQ+ violence.
