The purpose of the project will be to define in concrete terms the added value of Nordic co-operation, alongside national developments and EU co-operation in health data reuse. Proof of Nordic co-operation’s added value will be generated through specific experiments (pilots). Synergistic benefits of working towards a Nordic platform and within the developing EHDS framework will be observed, while overlapping work with ongoing EHDS activities will be excluded from the project. The planning of the project is based on the idea that Nordic co-operation has added value and can be verified through concrete experiments, building on the unique Nordic health and social data and registers and the efficient and safe use of these resources.
